...Sneak Peek...

A sneak peek at what I'm drinking........

Great Coffee, I'm at Grandma Frog and Gompsey's,
every morning the aroma of freshly ground coffee beans fills the air mmmmmm ☺

.........and a glimpse of what I am reading,

WM. Paul Young's 'The Shack'
I particularly like a descriptor on the back of the book...

...In a world where religion seems to grow increasingly irrelevant THE SHACK wrestles with the timeless question: Where is God in a world so filled with unspeakable pain? The answers Mack gets will astound you and perhaps transform you as much as it did him. You'll want everyone to know you have read this book!

My thanks again go to Justin's parents for leaving this book under the coffee table in the sunroom and to Dad who said if I only do one thing these holidays, reading this book will be the best thing I did. Wise words Gompsey♡♡♡Grandma Frog, I might also follow in your footsteps and download the cyber version onto my iPhone

Thank you both for all of the wonderful things you have brought into my life.
I love you both dearly and am grateful I can call you family.
♥♥♥I am blessed♥♥♥

What are you currently reading my friends?

Thanks for dropping by
Cheers

  2. Lisa you wrote it I was thinking about it, I actually added a p.s about My Sister's Keeper, then deleted it for some reason......but this is sort of how it went...
My dear Lisa, you were SO right about 'My Sister's Keeper', I got a little bogged down in it but once I worked my way through the sadness of it all I was absolutely blown away by the ending. I SO didn't see it coming! So much so that last week we all sat down here and watched the movie ~sniff~ It was sooooo sad. I knew what was coming and I STILL cried!
    Great recommendation.

  3. Mr Daddy and I both enjoyed The Shack.

And were bummed that a local church that was hosting the author did not provide a sign language interpreter - we were otherwise planning to attend and meet the amazing writer!

The oranges... were they as yummy as they looked?!?!

Many blessings to you and your entire family!

(ps - I'm linking your last week story up to this week's TST :)
